VACANCY FOR A PART TIME PARISH CLERK/RESPONSIBLE FINANCE OFFICER

TO ALLBROOK PARISH COUNCIL

20 Hours per week

NJC National Salary Pay Scale 26-32 (£18.10 - £20.19) per hour

Based upon qualifications and experience

Allbrook is a small parish of approximately 800 households nestled on the northern edge of Eastleigh.

We are seeking a community focused candidate, who will take overall responsibility for the Council’s day to day operations whilst helping develop and implement its future plans.

Working from home, with monthly meetings based in the village, applicants must have experience of adminstrative management; an ability to understand local government law and procedure; financial management knowledge; the capacity to represent the Parish Council in discussions with external bodies and competent IT skills.

The Council is ideally looking for CiCLA or similar qualified candidates, but consideration given to anyone willing to undertake the qualification.
